(White Earth Ojibwe) President and professor of NAES College, teaching courses in Leadership and Policy Studies. Dr. Wiese has an Ed.D in Leadership and Policy Studies, Adult Education, from Northern Illinois University and an MA in Social Science from the University of Chicago and she has taught at NAES College and served as a Faculty Advisor, Director of the Summer Literacy Institute, Educational Researcher and Adjunct Professor over the past 30 years.

Teaching experience: photography, screen-printing, computer technology in St. Paul & Chicago community locations. Founder and current director of Uptown Multi-Cultural Art Center, Chicago.
